1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

A personal remote coaching program designed for all levels from beginner to advanced. Someone who needs to bring structure and accountability to their fitness goals.

We develop bespoke, professional training programs that are tailored to you.

Therefore, by accessing or using any of the Services, you accept and agree to these Terms.

2. MEMBERSHIP

To use ACTIVEWITHALI’s Coaching’s Services you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, and which may include payment through your account with a third party such as Stripe or direct debit.

Your ACTIVEWITHALI membership will be paid in full or in monthly instalments 30 days notice must be given before the termination of any program in order for your space to be filled.

3. PHONE CALLS

When booking phone calls with our coaches, we expect you to be on time.

Phone calls are only made depending on membership conditions; when selecting your chosen coaching package please evaluate if calls are something you’re looking for.

All members CAN however request calls at an additional cost of £40 pounds per hour.

We understand that sometimes you may need to rearrange your session, we ask for 48 hour’s notice for any changes to enable to the session to be used by another client. If you rearrange or cancel within 48 hours, calls messed without notice will be subjected to a fee of £20.

4. BILLING AND CANCELLATION

Billing Cycle

Late payments will be given a warning, late payments are not tolerated; repeated late payments will result in termination of your coaching space.

Payment Methods

The payment service providers, such as, but not limited to, Stripe.

Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).

You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your instalment fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details. Upon signing these Terms you agree to pay in full as you will receive the login for all of the proprietary tools. We reserve the right to suspend the coaching services, terminate the contract between us, or have a collection agency involved if our charges are overdue for payment by you. Unless agreed otherwise, all our charges are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) in the UK.

Changes to Price

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Services, however- the payment agreed on day 1 of our coaching agreement will be continued for the life of our relationship. Unless you leave and re-join and during the absent time there have been changes to pricing.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.

5. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

The satisfaction of our clients is our highest priority and we are committed to providing the best tools, coaching skills and methods. The Services are provided with reasonable skill and care by coaches who are professional and experienced. The client is fully responsible for themselves and their actions within and outside of the Services provided. Activewithali and its coaches are released from any liability claims and clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions during and as a result of the Service.

6. OWNERSHIP AND BRAND REPRESENTATION

We shall keep all information about you in strict confidence and shall not pass your details to any third party. The Services and the Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Clients are expected to represent ACTIVEWITHALI in a respectful manner on third party app’s like instagram at all times.
