‘‘Diets are not restrictive at all’’

Ali works tirelessly to ensure the plans are individual and are actually do-able for people who work. Diets are not restrictive at all (mine increased in calories) and take into account dietary requirements (I’ve been pescatarian, veggie and now vegan) and what you like (most importantly). Ali asks what equipment you have access to, as well as how many steps you average and any shift patterns you work. The results speak for themselves but truly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to look after my diet and fitness
